What’s Covered by Our Service Assurance

We cover all mechanical watches for one year, ensuring they meet our high standards of performance and craftsmanship. However, please note that pocket watches, quartz movement watches, straps, jewelry, and accessories are excluded from this assurance. Additionally, as with any mechanical timepiece, slight variations in timekeeping are natural and not covered under the warranty. Damage resulting from misuse or abuse, including impacts, scratches, and water exposure, is also not covered.

Repairs and Maintenance Process

Should your watch require service within the warranty period, our expert technicians at Prestige Ticks will handle the repair process with care and precision. Simply contact our customer service team for written authorization and instructions before sending your watch to us for repair. Please note that unauthorized alterations or repairs will void the warranty.
