Pre-owned Patek Philippe Nautilus ref 7118/1200R-010 (2021) “Ladies Automatic” is a gorgeous rose gold and diamond edition of the famed wristwatch, complete with the collection’s signature porthole-inspired octagonal case and winged tabs at 3 and 9 o’clock. Curiously enough, the straight embossed lines usually present on the Nautilus dial have been replaced with wavy lines that are arguably more elegant and feminine – perfect for the women’s mid-size offerings. Additionally, the bezel is encrusted with 56 brilliant-cut diamonds for added glitz and glamour. Patek spared no expense when developing this exquisite edition of the highly sought-after Nautilus.
The example presented here also sports a stunning golden brown opaline dial with gold hands and applied hour markers filled with luminescent material for optimal visibility, and tiny gold dot minute markers. Furthermore, as a coveted “double branded” dial, the Patek Philippe Geneve logo is displayed just below 12 o’clock, and the Tiffany & Co. retailer logo sits above the calendar display. Both logos are presented in a modest font so as not to take away from the sophisticated aesthetic of the rest of the dial.
