Should you need to return your pre-owned watch, simply ensure it remains in its original, unworn condition, complete with all accompanying boxes, papers, and accessories. Kindly notify our dedicated team of your intention to return the item prior to shipping it back to us. Please note that return shipments are to be postmarked within the first 3 calendar days from the receipt of your watch, with shipping costs borne by you.

Upon receiving the returned item, our expert watch inspectors will conduct a comprehensive examination to verify its original condition and completeness. Once approved, we will initiate a refund for the purchase price, deducting only the incurred return shipping and insurance fees, as well as any associated transaction fees.

Please be advised that this return policy applies exclusively to online purchases. All in-store and international sales are considered final. At Prestige Ticks, we strive to ensure your online shopping experience is nothing short of exceptional.

Rolex Factory Stickered Watches

These items are being sold in unused/unworn condition and come with the original Rolex factory stickers. Removing these factory stickers will significantly impact the value and resalability of this watch. Therefore, these stickers must not be removed in-order-to be eligible for a full refund. Any watches returned with these factory stickers removed will be addressed on a case-by-case basis, but could decrease the refund by as much as 20% of the purchase price.

Please ensure that returned items reach us by December 31st to qualify for this offer. For purchases made after December 25th or returns within 3 days of receipt, our standard return policy applies.
