SERVICE SCOPE
At Prestige Ticks, we are committed to facilitating seamless transportation and providing comprehensive ancillary services. As a subsidiary of CME International LLC, Inc., operating under the name Prestige Ticks, we act as a shipper’s-agent, specializing in coordinating transportation logistics and offering additional services such as U.S. export filing services, and billing solutions. Additionally, upon request, Prestige Ticks can include customers’ goods under an insurance policy issued to us, ensuring comprehensive coverage for your valuable items. It’s important to note that while we provide these services with utmost professionalism, Prestige Ticks is not an insurance company, customs broker, or air carrier.
By utilizing Prestige Ticks’s services, customers acknowledge and agree to adhere to these Seller Terms and Conditions.
It’s essential to adhere to these Seller Terms and Conditions to ensure that customers’ goods are appropriately included and protected under the Insurance Policy.
RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN THESE SELLER TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND Prestige Ticks’S GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
These Seller Terms and Conditions are designed to complement Prestige Ticks’s General Terms and Conditions, available here: General Terms and Conditions. In the event of any discrepancies between the two, the terms outlined in these Seller Terms and Conditions shall take precedence for Sellers specifically. For all other instances not involving Sellers, Prestige Ticks’s General Terms and Conditions shall prevail in case of a conflict. It’s important to note that these Seller Terms and Conditions do not apply to non-Seller customers.
A “Seller” refers to an individual or entity that has engaged with Prestige Ticks to sell or offer products, regardless of whether the transaction is completed.
AUTHORIZATION TO SELL
By selling any watch to Prestige Ticks, the seller assures, represents, and guarantees the following:
- Ownership: The seller is the rightful owner of the watch and possesses legal title to it.
- Right to Sell: The seller has the legal right to sell and transfer the title of the watch to Prestige Ticks.
- Authenticity: The watch is an authentic product of the brand being sold.
Prestige Ticks relies on these assurances and representations provided by the seller. In the event that any of these assurances are found to be untrue or inaccurate, the seller agrees to the following course of action:
- Refund: The seller shall promptly refund all monies transferred by Prestige Ticks for the purchase of the watch.
- Return: Upon receipt of the refunded amount, Prestige Ticks will return the watch to the seller.
Engaged Transportation Carriers Policy for Prestige Ticks Customers:
As a customer of Prestige Ticks, you authorize us to select and engage transportation carriers and vendors on your behalf. These engagements are governed by contractual terms, to which you will be bound in all instances.
Liability Limitations: Carriers and vendors may limit their liability. You have the option to increase a carrier or vendor’s liability by declaring a value and paying an additional charge, subject to their contractual terms. However, such arrangements must be made through Prestige Ticks.
Declaration of Value: If you declare value directly to any carrier or vendor engaged by Prestige Ticks, it will not increase their liability unless arranged through us. We will request excess liability from the carrier or vendor only upon your written instruction.
Insurance Protection: Prestige Ticks offers insurance coverage for your goods under our Insurance Policy, providing an alternative to relying solely on carrier liability terms.
In the event of any conflict between your instructions and the contractual terms between Prestige Ticks and a carrier or vendor, our contractual terms will prevail.

COVERAGE DETAILS FOR Prestige Ticks
Thank you for considering Prestige Ticks for your shipment insurance needs. We value the trust you place in us to protect your valuable goods during transit. Below, you will find comprehensive details regarding the coverage offered under our Insurance Policy:
Named Insured and Eligibility:
- Prestige Ticks is the sole named insured under the Insurance Policy.
- Eligibility for coverage under the Insurance Policy is subject to the discretion of Prestige Ticks.
Insurance Policy Summary:
- Commodities Covered: Our coverage is exclusively extended to jewelry, timepieces, precious metals, gemstones, or other lawful goods, subject to prior approval in writing.
- Valuation: You are advised to insure your goods for their selling price if sold prior to shipment or their actual cash value/replacement value. Failure to accurately state the value may impact the extent of coverage.
- Limit of Liability: Please refer to the Certificate of Insurance for the applicable coverage limit, which determines the maximum coverage provided. Additionally, a country-specific sublimit may be applicable. The maximum coverage in all cases will be limited to the amount for which you insure your goods.
- Signature Requirement: Coverage is applicable exclusively to shipments sent via approved carriers requiring an adult signature upon delivery. Any shipment tendered to a carrier under a “waiver of signature,” “release signature status,” or similar service booking will void coverage under the Insurance Policy.
- Duration: Coverage commences upon retrieval or tendering of goods to Prestige Ticks or the designated carrier, as evidenced by carrier tracking information. Coverage continues throughout the course of transit until delivery is made at the consigned destination or until the expiration of fourteen (14) days, whichever occurs first.
- Exclusions: Coverage under the Insurance Policy is subject to certain exclusions, including but not limited to seizure of goods, war risks for domestic U.S. shipments, radioactive contamination, and mechanical/electronic derangement. A detailed list of exclusions is provided for your reference.
- Fraud Coverage: Limited coverage is provided for risks of fraud perpetrated against you as a shipper, subject to specified conditions precedent and a maximum limit of $10,000 (ten thousand United States dollars) per calendar year.
Claim Reporting and Process:
- Claims must be reported in writing to Prestige Ticks immediately upon discovery of loss or damage to insured goods.
- The Insurance Underwriter has exclusive authority to determine all issues of insurance coverage and claim settlement. Cooperation from all parties involved, including you as the shipper and the consignee, is required to facilitate the claim process.
- Disputes between you and the Insurance Underwriter are subject to binding arbitration in Los Angeles, Cleveland Ohio, pursuant to the Commercial Rules of the American Arbitration Association.
Additional Terms and Notice:
- The Seller Terms and Conditions outlined in the Insurance Policy issued to Prestige Ticks shall govern and determine insurance coverage. In the event of any discrepancy between the terms stated herein and those in the Insurance Policy, the terms of the Insurance Policy shall prevail.
- Prestige Ticks reserves the right to change Insurance Underwriters and to modify insuring terms at its sole discretion and without prior notice, provided that coverage substantially adheres to the summary provided herein
SHIPPING GUIDELINES & REGULATIONS FOR COVERAGE
To ensure your shipments with Prestige Ticks are covered under the Insurance Policy detailed herein, please adhere strictly to the following shipping guidelines and restrictions. These conditions are essential prerequisites for any potential claim recovery:
Notify the Recipient: Prior to delivery, it’s imperative that you inform the recipient about the shipment’s details and contents. They must be made aware of their responsibility to promptly report any non-receipt and to thoroughly inspect the shipment upon delivery in the presence of the carrier’s personnel. Any evidence of damage, loss, tampering, or intrusion into the shipping package must be documented in writing with the carrier’s personnel. Failure to do so by the recipient will void any potential recovery.
Double Boxing: All packages must be double boxed in new packaging unless explicitly authorized otherwise by Prestige Ticks. The inner box must not be easily identifiable or discarded, and the tracking number must be included on the inner box. Envelopes and packs are not eligible for coverage.
Billing Options: When preparing packages, you may use either the carrier account number associated with Prestige Ticks or your independent account number with the carrier, provided it’s been designated as an approved carrier by Prestige Ticks.
Packaging and Carrier Tender: Ensure all packages are adequately packed and sealed to withstand typical shipping conditions. Packages must be handed to carrier staff, picked up at a shipper location, or taken to a carrier or Prestige Ticks staffed location, unless otherwise authorized by Prestige Ticks. Receipts must be obtained for packages dropped off at authorized retail locations.
Report Shipments to Prestige Ticks Same Day: Shipment details must be reported to Prestige Ticks on the same day of shipping. Failure to obtain a confirmation number issued by Prestige Ticks will result in uninsured shipments.
Declare Value for Insurance: Shipments must declare a value for insurance coverage. Failure to do so will result in uninsured shipments, with liability limited to US$100 or less.
Maintain Confidentiality of Package Content: Do not allow any indication of high-value content to appear on waybills, labeling, or package exteriors, unless otherwise instructed by Prestige Ticks in writing. This includes avoiding references to brands, auction houses, or specific item types.
Do Not Declare Value with the Carrier: Under no circumstances should you declare a value for liability or any other purpose with the approved carrier or any other vendor, unless specifically instructed by Prestige Ticks in writing. Doing so may void coverage under the Insurance Policy.
Provide Accurate Information: Furnish all necessary information and documentation accurately and comprehensively to Prestige Ticks to facilitate their services. Errors or omissions may void insurance coverage and could result in liabilities for which you are responsible.
Maintain Packaging: Claims for loss or damage will only be valid if the package, inner cartons, packing, and contents are preserved until inspection by Prestige Ticks or the Insurance Underwriter.
RESPONSIBILITY OF Prestige Ticks
In the capacity of a shipper’s agent, Prestige Ticks assumes various roles in coordinating, managing, and overseeing transportation services, as well as facilitating coverage under the Insurance Policy. However, it’s important to note that Prestige Ticks does not bear direct liability for carriage, except in cases of its own independent negligence, errors, or omissions. In such instances, Prestige Ticks’s liability is limited to US$50 per shipment, aligning with industry standards. If your goods sustain loss or damage while under Prestige Ticks’s custody, the liability is capped at US$100 per shipment unless a higher value is separately declared in writing for liability purposes.
In the event of any dispute between you and Prestige Ticks, or any of its affiliates or agents, you agree to resolve it under Cleveland Ohio and U.S. law through binding arbitration in Los Angeles, Cleveland Ohio. The arbitration process will adhere to the Commercial Rules of the American Arbitration Association, with a panel of three arbitrators appointed based on their transportation and insurance expertise. By accepting these terms, you waive your right to a trial by jury.
Arbitrations will be conducted on an individual basis; collective actions or arbitrations, including class, mass, consolidated, or combined proceedings, are not permitted. Any claim against Prestige Ticks must be submitted in writing within thirty (30) days of the shipment date, and a written arbitration demand must be made within one year of the shipment date to avoid time-barred claims.
COMPREHENSIVE AGREEMENT; CUSTOMER ASSURANCE; SUBJECT TO REVISION
These Seller Terms and Conditions, in conjunction with the General Terms and Conditions and the rate sheet, constitute the complete agreement between you and Prestige Ticks. By tendering goods for shipment, you warrant their legal compliance and affirm that you possess the authority, on behalf of your company, the shipper, the consignee, and any relevant third parties, to bind them to these Seller Terms and Conditions.
In fulfilling export filings and other services outlined herein, Prestige Ticks relies on the accuracy and completeness of the information provided by you or the shipper. Prestige Ticks is granted agency authority to act on behalf of the shipper, consignee, and any other beneficial owner of the goods to perform necessary tasks, including export filings.
Please note that Prestige Ticks reserves the right to amend these Seller Terms and Conditions periodically and without prior notice.

Please be advised that these market prices are subject to fluctuations without prior notice, and we retain the right to adjust our estimates accordingly to reflect prevailing market conditions. This initial estimate represents the highest potential purchase value offered for your watch, provided it meets the following criteria:
- The watch is in impeccable, saleable condition, requiring no repairs or services beyond what is outlined below for restoration to a “like-new” state.
- The watch includes its original box and papers, along with all bracelet links.
- It is imperative to note that Prestige Ticks exclusively utilizes genuine factory Rolex parts, which may entail higher costs. These costs are factored into the original estimate to determine the final purchase offer. Furthermore, our extensive volume allows us to offer customers significantly reduced repair prices compared to retail rates.
Should you opt not to accept the final firm purchase offer, you are under no obligation to sell your watch. We are committed to ensuring your ultimate satisfaction, and your watch will be promptly returned to you.
It is important to highlight that many watches we receive, especially those over 5 years old, require some form of restoration work. Additionally, discrepancies or inaccuracies in the descriptions or conditions of the watch, such as missing or incorrect model and serial numbers, can significantly impact the final purchase offer.
All watches not purchased will be returned to customers via FedEx 2nd day or USPS delivery method.
Potential deductions from the initial purchase estimate may include, but are not limited to:
- Service and overhaul of movement
- Buff & Polish
- New Crystal
- Missing original box and papers
- Missing links in bracelet
- New leather strap needed, or buckle
- New bezel, new bezel insert, new dial (face), new end links, etc.
- New crown or tube
- New movement parts
- Rust issues or water damaged items
- Replacement of any parts that are not original Rolex factory
Please be aware that watch prices and values can fluctuate abruptly, and the Company is not obligated to repurchase your watch for any specific value based on the original purchase price or any other agreed-upon value.
