Pre-Owned Watch Condition Examination:
This GMT is in overall great, attractive condition. The case is in good condition with some wear and scratches. The bezel is in great condition with some wear and scratches; the brown color has remained vibrant. The dial is in great condition with some light wear and patina. The lume plots on the dial have aged to a creamy color and most of the plots have developed a bit of dark patina. The hour markers and hands have developed patina. The lume in the hands are a creamy white color. The USA jubilee bracelet is in good condition with some wear and a bit of stretch between the links which is not uncommon for this style bracelet. The crystal has some wear.
Description: Rolex GMT-Master 1675
The reference 1675 is the second iteration of the original GMT Master and was offered in many variations. A handful of metal options were produced under ref. 1675, including the steel and gold like the example we have here. It pairs the two-tone finish with a beautiful brown dial with brown and gold bezel. However, what really sets this watch apart from other vintage Rolexes on the market are the charming yellow gold nipple hour markers and overall “Root Beer” motif.
This example is in overall great, honest condition and features an all brown bezel. These “Rootbeer” GMT’s offer a great blend of sporty and casual styles perfect for many occasions.
